By downloading, installing, or using Glucose Log: Blood Sugar Diary (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Iskandar Iskhakov ("we", "us", or "our"), the developer of the App.
Glucose Log is a personal health logging application that allows users to:
All data is stored locally on your device, and the App does not transmit your health data to any server. Core features listed above work fully offline; an internet connection is required to purchase or restore an optional Premium subscription, and is used by the third-party services described in Section 13 to transmit a device identifier and standard app events that contain no health data.
The App is designed to help you track and organize your own health data for personal use and to facilitate communication with your doctor. It does not:
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately. Do not rely on this App in emergency situations.
Per Apple App Store Guidelines, we remind all users to check with a doctor in addition to using the App and before making any medical decisions.
Glucose Log is a general wellness and personal logging application. It is not a regulated medical device and has not received clearance or approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the European Medicines Agency (EMA), or any equivalent regulatory body in any jurisdiction.
The App does not measure blood glucose — it records values that you manually enter from a certified glucometer or other measuring device. The accuracy of your glucose data depends entirely on the accuracy of your measuring device and the correctness of your manual entry.
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you should use the App only with the knowledge and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your personal device for personal, non-commercial purposes.

All data you enter into the App is stored exclusively on your device. You are solely responsible for:
We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device failure, accidental deletion, operating system updates, or any other cause. We strongly recommend backing up your device regularly using your platform's built-in backup tools (iCloud Backup or Google Backup).
When you delete the App, all data stored by the App is permanently deleted from your device. This action cannot be undone.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, text, and all other content, is owned by Iskandar Iskhakov and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The name "Glucose Log: Blood Sugar Diary", the App icon, and all associated branding are proprietary to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without our prior written consent.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
We do not warrant that the App will meet your specific health management needs or that any output from the App is suitable for clinical use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Iskandar Iskhakov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Iskandar Iskhakov from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
Premium subscriptions. The App offers optional auto-renewable subscription plans (e.g. monthly and annual) that unlock Premium features. Where available, a free trial may be offered to first-time subscribers. The price, billing period, and any free trial length are shown on the purchase screen before you buy.
To offer and manage subscriptions, the App integrates Adapty, a third-party subscription management service. Adapty processes purchase and subscription-status information obtained from the Apple App Store or Google Play, together with an anonymous device identifier, solely to activate, verify, and restore your Premium access. Adapty does not have access to your glucose readings, notes, or any other health data recorded in the App. Adapty's own privacy policy is available at adapty.io/privacy.
The App also integrates the Meta (Facebook) SDK for advertising measurement — it reports whether our ads on Meta platforms led to an install or a purchase. For this it processes a device identifier and standard app events automatically recorded by the SDK, such as first launch and completed purchase. Meta does not receive your glucose readings, notes, or any other health data. On iOS, tracking begins only if you allow it through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. Meta's data policy is available at facebook.com/privacy/policy, and our Privacy Policy describes this in full.
The App displays no advertising of its own. Aside from Adapty and Meta, it does not include advertising networks, social media integrations, or third-party analytics or crash-reporting tools that collect personal data.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service:
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of Apple, Google, Adapty, or any other third-party platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may also update, modify, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modifications or discontinuation.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Deleting the App will permanently remove all locally stored data.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
